Who We Are
Demanis was founded by two Moroccan sisters, Khadija and Nacira Temssamani.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, with roots deep in Moroccan culture, we bring together transparency and warmth with a no-nonsense, knowledgeable approach to Dubai real estate. Our mission? To make you feel confident, supported, and excited every step of the way.
